Consultation & Design

1. Consultation & Design

This is where we get to know your project. Bring your ideas — whether it’s sketches, blueprints, magazine clippings, or photos on your phone. With some basic measurements (we can guide you on what to bring), discuss layout options, and help you find the perfect fit for your style and budget.

Once we understand your vision, we’ll prepare a preliminary design and a custom quote.

Revisions & Final Selections

2. Revisions & Final Selection

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule a design review to make any necessary adjustments. You’ll finalize your cabinet style, color, layout, countertop materials, and finish options.

Our goal is to make sure everything feels right — down to the smallest detail.

On Site Measurements

3. On  Site Measurements

For accuracy, a team member will visit your home to take final measurements. This ensures your custom cabinetry and countertops are built to fit your space perfectly.

4. Order

Once the design is approved, we’ll prepare an updated quote and sales contract. A 50% deposit is required to place the order.

We’ll guide you through the expected timeline based on the products you’ve selected.

Pick up or Delivery and Installation

5. Pick up or Delivery and Installation:

When your cabinets and countertops are ready:

  • If you’re using your own installer, we’ll notify you when the order is available for pickup.

  • If we’re handling installation, we’ll coordinate delivery and schedule your install date.

Installation Details:

  • Countertops usually install in ½ day

  • Cabinets + countertops will vary depending on project size

  • We install sinks; plumbing reconnections should be done by a licensed plumber

Final Walkthrough:

We’ll review everything with you to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Completion:

Once it’s all in place, we’d love to take photos for our portfolio — and we’d be honored if you’d tag us on social media or refer a friend.
