The Process

1. Consultation & Design
This is the initial meeting where you will tell us about your project. Feel free to bring sketches, blueprints, pictures from magazines, images on your smart phone, etc. Dimensions of the space including doors, windows and ceiling heights will get us started on a preliminary design. We will explore options and help you find the perfect look and function for your lifestyle.
Design:
After we have gathered information from you about your project, we will prepare a preliminary design. From this design we will prepare a price quote for your review.

2. Revisions & Final Selection
If you wish to then move forward on your project, an appointment will be set to discuss any possible revisions and make final selections.

3. On Site Measurements
If needed, a team member will make an onsite visit to take exact measurements.

4. Order
Upon acceptance of design, a revised quote will be prepared and a sales contract will be drawn up and signed to authorize placement of order. A 50% deposit will be required to place order.

5. Pick up or Delivery and Installation:
If you or your contractor are installing, you will be notified when your product is available for pickup.
If we are installing, product will be delivered to your home the day before or the day of installation.
Installation:
Installation usually takes ½ day for counter tops or up to 5 days for cabinets and countertops depending on the size of your project. Sinks, if applicable, will be installed but a licensed plumber is required to reconnect water lines, disposal, faucet, etc. Appliances can be installed (excluding gas hookups) for an additional fee.
Walk-through:
Upon completion of installation, we encourage you to review the installation so we may address issues, if any.
Completion:
The work is finished and we have another happy customer! Show it off to family and friends and be sure to tag us on social media. With your permission we’d appreciate the opportunity to take photographs for our portfolio. Referrals are greatly appreciated.
